This policy applies to the Real World website and platform, creator and brand accounts, communications with Real World, and campaign participation.

We may collect account and business contact information, creator profile and review content, payment and transaction records, campaign participation data, technical and usage data, and support or email communications.

• Name, email address, username, and profile information
• Introduction videos, creator content, and performance metrics
• IP address, device information, browser type, and usage activity

We use personal data to operate accounts and campaigns, match creators and brands, administer payments, moderate the platform, improve its functionality, and comply with legal obligations.

Brands may view creator profiles and submitted content. We may share data with service providers supporting payments, cloud hosting, analytics, and platform infrastructure, and with legal authorities where required.

Personal data may be transferred outside Singapore. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or legal obligations. Campaign and review records may be retained for integrity, disputes, and compliance.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent for its collection or use. Withdrawal may limit access to Platform services. Reasonable administrative fees may apply where permitted by law.

Third-party payment processors and analytics providers have their own privacy practices.

The Platform is not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If a qualifying data breach occurs, we will notify the PDPC and affected users as required.

We may update this policy and will communicate material changes through the Platform or by email where appropriate.
